hey everyone, it's my first time here to this apps , I wanna to summarize my problem for understanding more. so I'm a girl , 24 years ago , I live in Algeria , I'm suffering with social anxiety since 3 years right now, I started a new job and the first one ever (Al hamdoulilah) , but I don't feel myself comfortable and I'm stressed all the time , I can't talk Normaly with others employee. in any talking or discussion I stressed over and over I would that this struggling disappear, and leave me , I tried all the méthode that exists in world but no one can fix my problem, so can you help me guys who are struggling with the same impression.
